Load-in begins at 6:00 AM on festival day. All vehicles must be moved to the vendor parking area by 9:00 AM. Vendors are responsible for their own extension cords and must be self-sufficient for power unless requested.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 30 days of the festival date or due to weather conditions, as this is an outdoor event.
